After several months of poor broadband service by Maxis I decided to return the modem last week. There was only one counter open for registration and cancellation of contract and I had to wait almost 2 hours before being served.
So guys and girls if you want to sign for Maxis Broadband please think of the day you need to terminatel your contract.
Worst of all their Collection Centre told me I can return the modem without being charged RM200 but the officer at the cancellation counter told the opposite.
Maxis or Make Me Sick Company...
